Why am I unable to login to my account?
Please ensure that you are trying to login to the correct application. Only Admin accounts can login to the Web Browser application. A Driver account is only able to login to the Driver Mobile application, “Kerb Driver” (available in the App Store and Google Playstore) and similarly, any Admin wishing to use the Driver Mobile app must also add themselves as a Driver to gain independent login credentials.
It may be that your initial temporary password has expired, if 7 days have passed since you received it. Please contact your Admin, as they will need to remove you and send a new invitation.
